DevOps - agent setup

Owner: whoever maintains the CI/CD automation described in pipeline - the scheduled scraper runs, the Airtable sync workflows, and this repo's quality gates.

Nothing is written here yet. That is deliberate: this page follows the method, which starts with one real convention the team already applies - not a speculative list.

If that team is you: write down the smallest actual rule you already give agents working on the workflows (for example, "never edit the reusable workflow in a consumer repo - it lives in city-scrapers-core"), put the real file in the repo where it will be read, and list it on the team table.
